About The Position

Our technical project managers oversee e-commerce and technology builds from diligence projects to launch and continuous optimization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a digital project / product environment
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects
• Experience with a content management system, ideally Shopify
• Experience with ad-management system, including Facebook Ads, Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
• Experience with Photoshop
• Experience with Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Bronto or another email provider
• Ability to edit HTML and CSS code in time pressing scenarios

Nice To Haves

• Knows how to determine the optimal approach for end-to-end e-commerce projects
• Has experience in the clear and non-ambiguous documentation of requirements, deliverables, schedules and budgets for projects in Statements of Work
• Has excellent negotiations skills
• Has the ability to manage multiple projects and balance conflicting priorities
• Has experience managing interdisciplinary project teams
• Is an expert presenter and comfortable interacting with senior level clients and stakeholders
• Isn’t daunted by the task of leading large projects and taking responsibility for their success
• Has clear verbal and written communicating skills at all levels
• Is flexible, pragmatic, detail oriented and remains calm in a fast paced environment
• Has a positive and collaborative problem solving attitude

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale e-commerce builds on the Shopify Plus platform
• Manage day-to-day product optimization for existing e-commerce stores
• Review and deploy site updates and email campaigns
• Work with 3rd party partners for platform integrations
• Be proactive about client requirements to ensure successful and ontime delivery of all projects
• Oversee all projects to ensure that they are delivered on time and on budget
• Work closely with engineering teams and act as a liason between developers and clients
• Ensure that all deliverables are delivered with the highest quality standard by using the best quality-assurance practices
• Be a key advocate for clients and agency team
