About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and data-driven E-Commerce Manager to lead and execute the overall e-commerce strategy for lineageprovisions. This role is crucial for driving online sales growth, enhancing the customer experience, and managing all aspects of our e-commerce platform.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in e-commerce merchandising and front-end development.
  • Technical expertise with the Shopify platform and front-end development concepts (HTML/CSS).
  • Proven track record of driving significant online revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of user experience, e-commerce best practices, and digital marketing principles (SEO, PPC).
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools.
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing, data interpretation, and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the comprehensive e-commerce strategy to meet and exceed revenue and profitability goals.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, including product uploads, inventory management, and content updates.
  • Merchandise and optimize the e-commerce website for conversion, focusing on product presentation and front-end experience.
  • Optimize website performance, user experience (UX), and conversion funnels through A/B testing and data analysis.
  • Oversee and coordinate digital marketing efforts (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media) to drive qualified traffic to the site.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers (e.g., platform development, logistics).
  • Report on key e-commerce KPIs (e.g., conversion rate, average order value, traffic) and present findings and recommendations to senior management.
  • Comfortably collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to align on digital strategy and execution.
