This leadership position is an in-person role at our headquarters in Marshall, MN. Key Responsibilities: Online Sales Management:  Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and improve customer engagement. This includes overseeing the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and fulfillment. Website Optimization:  Manage and optimize the company’s website, ensuring it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for conversions. Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques. Advance visibility in search engines, drive organic traffic, and increase sales by improving SEO, SEM, faceted navigation, and visitor journey emails. Digital Marketing:  Collaborate on marketing efforts, especially by driving Email, SMS, Google Ads/GMB/Performance Max, and Facebook Advantage+ Shopping campaigns through content creation, scheduling, and engagement across various platforms. Vendor & Automation Management:  Leverage and manage vendors and marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns, improve website performance, and enhance customer communication. Inventory Management:  Coordinate with the purchasing team to ensure product availability and manage stock levels. Data Analysis:  Analyze performance metrics to assess site effectiveness, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement. Cross-Functional Collaboration:  Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Buyers, IT, Operations, and Customer Service, to ensure alignment on e-commerce initiatives. Customer Experience:  Enhance the online customer experience by leading customer service and fulfillment execution, addressing any issues or inquiries promptly. Team Supervision and Development:  Cultivate and lead a team that drives engagement and performance, providing support and development to your team. Industry Trends:  Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 4-7 years of eCommerce experience with a proven record of developing sales growth strategies.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the retail industry.
  • eCommerce platforms knowledge including integration layers across enterprise technology stacks (PIM, CMS, CDP, CRM, etc.).
  • Strong technical understanding of web applications and experience with large PIM catalogs.
  • Proficiency with e-commerce platforms and website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • Magento and Horizon expertise is a plus.
