Your expertise in conversion rate optimization and hands-on experience with tools like Shopify will play a crucial role in enhancing the user experience. You'll collaborate closely with teams across Marketing, Web UX/Design, and Supply Chain, ensuring seamless product launches and promotional campaigns. Requirements

5-7+ years of experience in conversion rate optimization and e-commerce optimization.
Deep hands-on experience with A/B and multivariate testing tools.
Strong Shopify experience with high-volume, global stores.
Advanced understanding of GA4, Google Merchant Center, and behavioral analytics tools.
Solid understanding of technical SEO for e-commerce.
Highly motivated and passionate about building best-in-class digital experiences.
Ability to troubleshoot technical bugs or integration issues swiftly.

Responsibilities

Build, maintain, and execute a rigorous experimentation roadmap to maximize shopping conversion rates.
Manage the Shopify environment, including app integrations and theme customizations.
Oversee product launches, troubleshoot issues, and manage promotional activities.
Own funnel analytics and performance dashboards to monitor KPIs and identify improvement areas.
Act as the technical point of contact for Google Merchant Center, ensuring accurate product categorization.
Recommend and implement best-in-class Shopify apps to enhance business results.
Ensure all enhancements support best practices for usability, accessibility, and mobile-first performance.
