E-commerce Customer Service Representative
About The Position
Starting Salary: $26.00 per hour plus bonus This is position works on a hybrid schedule (2 days in the office, 3 days from home). As such, this position would require you to reside in the Bayport, NY area. Make our customer service team your best move ever We’re looking for a customer focused representative to join our Operations Team to help our customers place orders. Why here? Your role here From Day 1, your customer focus skills are put into action. Working with our seasoned team, you will handle customer orders and be the main point of contact for all customer questions.
Requirements
- Strong Customer Service Experience & Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to partner with internal teams to resolve issues
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Keep customers informed of all external conditions affecting service levels
- Administrative support

- Some exposure to forecasting is preferred
