About The Position

We are excited to announce an opportunity to join our Domestic Distribution team as E-commerce Customer & Operations Lead, a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of our growing e-commerce business. This dynamic position requires a hands-on leader capable of managing and executing key functions, including customer service, platform listings, PPC campaigns, shipping, and inventory management. Over time, as the business scales, this role will evolve into a managerial position, overseeing these functions while providing coverage during staff absences or periods of growth and transition.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in e-commerce operations or related roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon Seller Central, Shopify) and digital advertising tools (e.g., Google Ads, Amazon Ads).
  • Familiarity with shipping and inventory management systems.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
  • Leadership potential with the ability to mentor and manage a team over time.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to assess performance metrics.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices for product listings.
  • Understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) tools.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback across all communication channels.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Implement and improve customer service policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate and maintain accurate and appealing product listings across all e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and Shopify website).
  • Monitor and update product descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Manage and execute pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
  • Oversee daily order fulfillment processes to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
  • Track inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations. members for each operational area.
  • Continuously evaluate processes and workflows to support the company’s growth and efficiency goals.
  • As the business scales, transition into a managerial role, recruiting, training, and supervising team members for each operational area.
