About The Position

A growing gift and food e-commerce company is seeking an E-Commerce Associate to join its in-office team in Atlanta, GA . This role is ideal for a highly detail-oriented, tech-savvy individual early in their career who is eager to learn the backend of e-commerce and digital marketplaces. This position will support the day-to-day operations across Amazon and other online sales platforms, with heavy involvement in listings, advertising, and performance tracking. The role works closely with ownership and plays a critical part in maintaining and optimizing online revenue channels.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Comfortable working with computers, dashboards, spreadsheets, and online tools
• Analytical mindset with interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online marketplaces
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple backend tasks simultaneously
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Nice To Haves

• College degree preferred (especially in business, marketing, analytics, or a technical field), but not required
• Prior exposure to Amazon Seller Central, PPC, or digital ads is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Amazon seller accounts, including product listings, pricing, and backend data
• Support and monitor Amazon PPC campaigns and performance metrics
• Assist with Google Ads and other digital advertising platforms
• Maintain backend operations across additional e-commerce marketplaces
• Troubleshoot listing issues, data discrepancies, and platform errors
• Analyze reports related to sales, ads, inventory, and account health
• Ensure accuracy and consistency across all digital platforms
• Support general e-commerce operations and process improvements
• Other duties as assigned
