Provides technical assistance to customers in relation to web sites. Establish and maintain new accounts. Funds existing accounts, by credit card, check, cash or mail. Handles sensitive information including credit card information and guest account security information. Performs daily data entry functions required to bring the internet wagering site online, verifies the accuracy of all daily track and wagering data and verifies the sites functionality. Account inquiries (balance, scratches, track conditions, results, etc.). Entry of horse names in computer system. Must be able to handle large volume of telephone calls at one time. Promote superior guest service. Minimum Qualifications High School diploma or general education degree (GED); two years related experience and/or training.
