About The Position

Jupiter Power is an energy infrastructure company focused on the development, construction, trading and operation of battery energy storage assets across U.S. power markets. Formed in 2017, the company is a national leader in energy storage deployment, utilizing its proprietary optimization applications daily to dispatch its fleet and support its offtake customers. We are seeking a Dynamics 365 & SharePoint Administrator to join our IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, configuration, implementation, and ongoing support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions integrated with SharePoint Online and the Microsoft Power Platform. Working closely with business users and technical teams, the position translates business requirements into secure, scalable, and well architected solutions. The role also provides guidance and support to business application users and contributes to continuous improvement across business applications and services. This role will be based out of our Austin, TX office and is subject to our Company’s return-to-office policy which currently requires a minimum of three days a week in the office.

Requirements

  • Proven experience configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM).
  • Strong expertise in SharePoint Online development and administration.
  • Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps.
  • Sound understanding of data integration, security models, and role-based access control.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and nontechnical users.
  • Demonstrated ability to work proactively and exercise initiative in complex environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to deliver practical solutions.
  • Experience producing comprehensive technical documentation and working within structured delivery frameworks.

Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement/CRM) solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Develop, administer, and support SharePoint Online solutions, including document libraries, workflows, and integrations with Dynamics 365.
  • Implement and support Power Platform solutions (Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI) to improve automation, efficiency, and reporting.
  • Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, maintainable, and aligned with organizational standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document user requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear technical specifications and practical, fit for purpose solutions.
  • Work directly with nontechnical users to provide advice, resolve issues, and deliver effective outcomes.
  • Produce and maintain high quality system documentation, technical designs, user guides, and training materials.
  • Identify opportunities to improve existing systems, processes, and development practices.
  • Support the deployment and ongoing operation of commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software solutions.
