About The Position

We are looking for a Senior Dynamics 365 Sales Developer with 10 years of experience to support, enhance, and optimize our Dynamics 365 Sales implementation. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Power Platform, Dataverse, ALM, and security.

Requirements

• 10 years in Dynamics 365 Sales & Power Platform
• Strong experience with Dataverse, Power Automate, and model-driven apps
• Experience with ALM, CI/CD, and pipelines
• Expertise in security roles and CRM architecture
• Good communication and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

• Microsoft Certifications (PL-600, PL-400, MB-210)
• Experience with Azure DevOps
• Integration experience (APIs, connectors)
• Exposure to Customer Insights / Marketing / Field Service

Responsibilities

• Develop and support solutions in Dynamics 365 Sales & Power Platform
• Build model-driven apps and Power Automate flows
• Manage ALM processes using Power Platform Pipelines
• Design secure, scalable CRM solutions
• Customize using plugins, workflows, and platform tools
• Manage security roles, access controls, and permissions
• Collaborate with product teams to deliver enhancements
