About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Integration Developer to support and enhance a large-scale, enterprise Customer Service Management platform. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining integrations and customizations within a Dynamics 365 environment, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that align with business needs.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise application development
  • 3–8 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 development and customization
  • Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, and JavaScript
  • Experience with Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Storage, APIM, Synapse)
  • In-depth knowledge of Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate
  • Experience with development tools such as Visual Studio and Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Experience working in Agile environments

Nice To Haves

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications
  • Experience with Power Platform components
  • Exposure to Customer Insights (Data/Journey)
  • Knowledge of Azure SQL Database
  • Familiarity with Azure integrations for business applications
  • Experience with Agile and DevOps practices

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and implement custom plugins, workflows, and extensions within Dynamics 365
  • Build integrations with external systems using Azure services such as Logic Apps, Functions, and Service Bus
  • Develop and configure solutions using Power Platform (Model-driven apps, Canvas apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
  • Translate business requirements into technical designs in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Optimize system performance and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Implement and manage security using role-based access and identity services
  • Utilize Azure DevOps for version control, CI/CD pipelines, and deployments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Ensure adherence to best practices for performance, security, and maintainability
  • Provide technical guidance and support as needed
