The Dynamics CE Consultant will play a pivotal role in leading requirements discovery, conducting functional design, configuring CE modules, and supporting testing, training, and deployment activities. This hands-on position uses deep expertise in Dynamics configuration, business process design, and module capabilities, with a focus on Customer Service, Field Service (on-premises supported features), and Marketing to envision, design, and build modern application for citizen services. Responsibilities include: Facilitate workshops with tribal government stakeholders to gather requirements for case management, scheduling, citizen outreach, and field operations. Document user stories, acceptance criteria, business processes, and functional requirements. Recommend solution approaches aligned with Dynamics CE v9.1 (on-premises) capabilities. Translate business needs into configuration tasks and guide technical teams on necessary customizations. Perform hands-on configuration across modules, including Customer Service, Field Service, and Marketing. Build test scripts, support UAT, guide business testers, validate configurations, and ensure alignment with acceptance criteria. Create functional documentation, configuration guides, and release notes. The projected compensation range for this position is $120K - $160K annualized (USD). The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as internal pay equity, location, contract-specific affordability and other organizational requirements.
