About The Position

Weaver is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Developer for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE & Project Operations). As a Senior Developer in our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Project Operations team, you will play a critical role in designing, building, and delivering enterprise-grade solutions for our clients. You will work closely with solution architects, functional consultants, and business stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable, high-performing Dynamics 365 solutions. This role is ideal for a hands-on technical leader who combines deep Dynamics 365 development expertise with strong architectural thinking and a consulting mindset.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent related experience
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, or Marketing)
  • 3+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 Project Operations
  • Strong development experience in: C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, Web API, and SQL
  • Dataverse and Dynamics 365 SDK
  • Deep experience with Power Platform: Power Apps (Model-driven & Canvas) Power Automate Power BI (integration level) PCF Controls
  • Azure integration experience (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management).
  • Experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub for CI/CD pipelines
  • Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 ALM, solution management, and environment strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Nice To Haves

  • Microsoft certifications (PL-400, PL-600, MB-210, MB-700, or equivalent).
  • Experience integrating Project Operations with Dynamics 365 Finance.
  • Experience with enterprise-scale implementations and multi-entity environments.
  • Exposure to ISV solutions and industry-specific accelerators.
  • Experience in professional services, construction, engineering, or project-based industries.

Responsibilities

  • Solution Design & Development Design, develop, and implement custom solutions across Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Project Operations
  • Build and maintain plugins, workflows, custom APIs, PCF controls, and integrations using C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Azure services
  • Customize and extend Dynamics 365 entities, forms, views, dashboards, and business process flows
  • Develop and optimize data models, security roles, and performance architecture
  • Project Operations Expertise Implement and extend Dynamics 365 Project Operations (Project Planning, Resource Management, Time & Expense, Billing, and Integration with Finance)
  • Customize Project Operations processes to support professional services, project-based organizations, and complex billing scenarios
  • Design integrations between Project Operations, Dynamics 365 Finance, Power Platform, and third-party systems
  • Integration & Architecture Architect and build integrations using: Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, Dataverse APIs, and Power Automate REST/OData APIs and middleware platforms
  • Support enterprise integration patterns and event-driven architecture
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects to ensure scalability, security, and maintainability
  • Technical Leadership Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices in coding, DevOps, and solution design
  • Contribute to architectural standards, reusable assets, and accelerators
  • Delivery & Consulting Work in Agile delivery teams and participate in sprint planning, estimations, and retrospectives
  • Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
  • Support UAT, go-live, and post-production support
