About The Position

This role focuses on creating clear, high-quality technical content that empowers developers to use products effectively and provides feedback to improve their experience. You will own documentation, tutorials, demos, blog posts, and changelogs, ensuring consistency in voice, tone, and clarity. As a key member of the Developer Experience team, you will collaborate across engineering, marketing, and product teams to amplify developer engagement and increase brand awareness. This fully remote position offers flexibility, opportunities to attend team offsites and industry events, and the chance to influence how millions of developers interact with the platform. You will also serve as “customer zero,” providing feedback on new features before release, helping to shape both product and communication strategy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering, technical writing, or developer documentation.
  • Strong proficiency in writing clear, concise, and developer-friendly content.
  • Experience with content planning, SEO, and community engagement.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Comfort working remotely with cross-functional teams and contributing independently.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, take ownership of problems, and drive solutions to completion.

Nice To Haves

  • Interest or experience in developer tools, React, TypeScript, or JavaScript ecosystems is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Write, edit, and maintain high-quality technical documentation, tutorials, and blog posts.
  • Develop demos and educational content to showcase platform capabilities.
  • Facilitate changelog creation and ensure consistent voice and tone across all developer-facing materials.
  • Plan and execute writing projects, including SEO-optimized customer stories and guides.
  • Serve as “customer zero,” testing and providing feedback on new product features before release.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing teams to advocate for developer needs and increase brand awareness.
  • Maintain and enhance social media presence to engage developer communities.
