The Customer Support organization is responsible for the installation, qualification, repair and maintenance of the ASML systems at customer site and is responsible for the necessary transfer of know-how to the customer. Local site Customer Support branches perform qualification, repair and maintenance for the customers within the specific region. The DUV Material Handler Position is a pivotal role in the daily CS operations, liaising between the fab team, and In-Fab-Logistics team along with the customer on Parts & Tools management in the fab.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ years of warehousing experience preferred.
  • Can observe and respond to people and situations and interact with others encountered in the course of work
  • Can learn and apply new information or skills
  • Strong customer focus and commitment to customer satisfaction through prioritization, quality, efficiency and professionalism
  • Ability to complete assignments with attention to detail and high degree of accuracy

  • This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.

Responsibilities

  • Be the owner of Material Flow Tracker tool and use that tool to organize and manage parts and tools inventory in the fab
  • Stage parts and tools at the System Work Area by moving them from IFL before the start of service actions
  • After completion of service action, confirm and return parts and tools to local warehouse
  • Package material per specification for safe shipment following perfect Material Return Sign-off
  • Rigging at the dock when moving special materials to the fab
  • Maintain the work area and equipment in clean and orderly condition following in-fab 6S rules
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and make recommendations
