Requirements

Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory control — ideally in manufacturing or fabrication
Hands-on experience with inventory systems, cycle counting, and hand-held scanners
Strong attention to detail and a natural sense of organization
Ability to lift and move materials safely
Basic computer skills and familiarity with ERP or WMS systems
Ability to stay focused, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
A strong work ethic and dependable attendance
Commitment to safety, accuracy, and quality
A team-first mindset and willingness to jump in where needed

Responsibilities

Keep Inventory on Track
Use hand-held scanners and inventory systems to accurately track materials and finished goods
Perform cycle counts and help with physical inventory audits
Investigate discrepancies and help keep inventory records accurate and reliable
Power Our Shipping & Receiving Operations
Receive incoming materials and ensure everything is accounted for and properly documented
Prepare outgoing shipments so products get where they need to go — on time
Label, store, and handle materials safely and efficiently, including sheet metal components
Support Production & the Team
Stage materials for production to keep work moving without delays
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused warehouse
Follow quality and safety standards that protect both people and products
