As a Duty Supervisor, you’ll manage Ramp, Operations, and Customer Service Agents to make sure every flight runs safely and efficiently. You’ll guide and support your Team, solve problems quickly, and work with other Airport Operations Teams to keep Customers happy and flights on schedule. This role is fast-paced and hands-on—perfect for strong communicators who want to grow as Leaders and make a big impact at Southwest every day. Additional details The Duty Supervisor works assigned shifts based on seniority. Shifts can include early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays. U.S. citizenship or current authorization to work in the U.S. required and no current or future work authorization sponsorship available.
