Accurately document and maintain records for this equipment. Performs warehouse duties including shipping, stocking, inventory counts, and maintaining a clean, orderly, and safe work environment.

Responsibilities
- Cleans and disinfects all home medical equipment.
- Adheres to the safety/infection control policies and procedures of the organization.
- Tests equipment, completes repairs, and maintains records on all equipment as required by the manufacturer.
- Completes all paperwork required by the organization and regulatory bodies including but not limited to JC, Bedding License, FDA, OSHA, and ODOT.
- Performs warehouse duties including shipping, receiving, stocking, inventory counts, and maintaining a clean, orderly, and safe work environment.
- Demonstrates behaviors consistent with stated core values of CHP.
- Protects confidentiality of information.
- Is responsible for performing all other duties as assigned.
- Assists the Customer Service Technicians with deliveries, pick ups and exchanges of medical equipment in the home.
- Provides patient and/or caregiver equipment instruction in the home.
- Includes: home environment assessment, assessing that the equipment is appropriate for the patient, and the patient is safely capable of using as directed.
- After hours and weekend on-call rotation.
- Performs all duties with or without accommodations listed in the Physical Demands section of this job description.
