Looking for ON-CALL staff to fill various shifts Purpose: To provide supervision to clients that ensures their safety and well-being; to assist clients in making choices that are in their long term best interests.

Requirements

• One year freedom from chemical use problems.
• Strong ability to relate to and mentor people with life-controlling problems.
• Strong leadership skills (one on one and group situations).
• Ability to remain on task and follow through on multiple concurrent assignments with frequent interruptions.
• Ability to successfully complete background check process.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record and ability to be insured under organization's vehicle insurance carrier.
• Must possess a MN state driver's license or be willing to transfer out of state license to MN state driver's license.
• Ability to stand for the majority of an 8 hour shift.
• Ability to climb up and down three flights of stairs several times during a regular shift.
• Ability to walk during the majority of a regular shift.
• Ability to remain seated for the majority of a regular shift.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Client Supervision: Lead and supervise clients in the year long, faith based program on the residential housing floor, and during all duties and activities during the course of the work shift.
• Client Transportation: Maintain valid drivers license at all times for driving Minnesota Adult & Teen Challenge vehicles. Transport clients to all program functions.
