About The Position
When you work at the House of Hope, you are helping to provide HOPE for men, women and children facing homelessness! Would you like to join our team? We are looking for staff members who will oversee and work with residents while exhibiting the love of Christ.
Responsibilities
- Assess all incoming materials to determine compliance with program rules and policies.
- Supervise residents' daily activities
- Ensure timely transportation for residents for all approved appointments.
- Manage daily time schedules (med calls, meals, class, chapel, lights out, etc.)
- Answer the phone in the administrative office
- Complete daily shift report
- Notify the LRP Director of suspected violations of the general rules and policies.
- Seek out the truth in all complaints received during shift
- Organize the attendance of residents to all scheduled activities
- Supervise the completion of residents' violation hours
- Maintain clean, safe, and spiritual environment for residents
