You will clean, sanitize, and inspect duct systems while representing our brand with professionalism and attention to detail.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Strong technical aptitude and communication skills
Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
Clean driving record
Ability to pass background check and drug screen
Strong work ethic and customer-focused mindset

Responsibilities

Perform complete HVAC duct cleaning and sanitizing services.
Conduct Club Membership™ maintenance visits and marketed maintenance calls.
Replace basic HVAC components or parts as needed.
Document all service details accurately, including: System age and type Work completed Customer recommendations Service invoices and costs
Provide excellent customer communication regarding current and future HVAC needs.
Maintain high technical standards—delivering on our promise: “Always on Time… Or You Don’t Pay a Dime!”®
Follow company Code of Ethics, team standards, and safety procedures.
Keep work areas clean and wear floor savers inside every home.
Maintain and operate company vehicle with pride—clean inside and out.
Debrief with dispatch at the end of each service call.
