Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• A proactive mindset and commitment to excellence

Responsibilities

• Step up as a leader by overseeing EVS operations in the absence of the Lead EVS Attendant
• Support and guide EVS team members to ensure top-tier performance
• Champion safety initiatives to maintain a clean, hazard-free environment for guests and staff
• Conduct daily inspections to ensure all areas meet our high standards
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of public spaces, gaming floor, restrooms, parking areas, offices, and more
• Collaborate with other departments to set up and break down special events
• Train, coach, and support team members
• Assign and direct daily tasks efficiently
• Address concerns, solve problems, and help create a positive team environment
