About The Position

At Parks Hospitality Group, you’ll play a key role in leading both the opening and ongoing operations of LivSmart Studios by Hilton Columbia Greystone alongside the established Tru by Hilton Columbia Greystone. This is a unique opportunity to oversee a dual-property campus, combining the excitement of launching a new hotel with the leadership of an existing, high-performing team. As Dual General Manager, you will set the vision across both properties, build and develop strong teams, and drive performance across guest experience, operations, and financial results. You’ll help shape the culture from day one at LivSmart while continuing to elevate performance at Tru, ensuring both hotels operate in alignment and deliver exceptional service.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hotel management experience, including prior experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager.
  • Strong leadership and financial management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior Hilton brand experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for both hotel operations
  • Oversee the opening of LivSmart Studios, including hiring, training, and culture-building
  • Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction, safety, and compliance with Hilton brand standards across both properties
  • Lead, coach, and develop department leaders and team members to drive engagement and performance
  • Monitor financial performance, budgets, and forecasting; implement strategies to improve profitability across both hotels
  • Partner with sales and revenue teams to maximize occupancy, ADR, and market share
  • Align operations between both properties to drive efficiencies and shared success
  • Handle guest feedback and service recovery with a focus on long-term loyalty
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and legal requirements
  • Foster a positive, accountable, and growth-oriented culture across the campus
