About The Position

What You Will Do Oversee Front Office and Housekeeping operations, ensuring standards (brand and Atrium!) are followed to a T. Lead and support your team—coaching, developing, and stepping in when needed to keep service top-notch. Keep the hotel spotless and guest-ready by coordinating cleanliness, maintenance, and timely responses to issues. Monitor department budgets, control labor and supply costs, and support revenue-generating initiatives. Create memorable guest experiences with proactive service and genuine connection (you’ll be the reason they come back!).
