About The Position

Dimension Hospitality is looking for an experienced Dual General Manager to lead our Courtyard and Fairfield Inn in Austin Parmer, TX. This is a high-impact leadership role for a dynamic hotel professional who knows how to balance strategy with heart, and performance with personality. As Dual General Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind two distinct Marriott brands, each with its own personality—yet united by one exceptional standard. You will: Lead, inspire, and develop high-performing leadership teams at both hotels Own the overall financial performance, including revenue, expenses, forecasting, and profitability Drive guest satisfaction scores and brand standard excellence (Courtyard & Fairfield Inn) Partner with Sales, Revenue Management, and Operations to maximize results Ensure full compliance with Marriott brand standards, audits, and quality assurance Act as the face of the hotels in the local Austin market—engaged, visible, and respected Foster a culture where people love to work and guests love to stay

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a General Manager overseeing two hotels simultaneously
  • Marriott brand experience strongly preferred (Courtyard and/or Fairfield Inn is a big plus!)
  • Deep understanding of select-service hotel operations
  • Financial acumen with the ability to read, analyze, and act on P&Ls
  • A people-first leadership style with strong coaching and mentoring skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Passion for hospitality—because guests and associates can feel it
  • Possess a valid driver's license and be able to drive to customer appointments.
