About The Position

The Dual Food and Beverage Supervisor play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen in the hotels. This position ensures food and beverage are prepared efficiently, safely, and to brand standards, while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen and supporting a small culinary team.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House F&B operations
  • Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
  • Organize and supervise shifts
  • Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
  • Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
  • Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses
