About The Position

Western States Lodging & Management is seeking an experienced and driven Dual Executive Housekeeper to oversee housekeeping operations at both the Davis Conference Center and Hilton Garden Inn Layton. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring exceptional cleanliness, efficiency, and guest satisfaction across guest rooms, laundry operations, and public spaces at two premier properties. The ideal candidate is highly organized, hands-on, and thrives in a multi-property environment.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in hotel housekeeping management
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple properties or large operations
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and consistency
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds using proper lifting techniques
  • Regular exposure to cleaning chemicals and laundry environments
  • Proper training and adherence to OSHA and SDS guidelines are required to maintain a safe work environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience as an Executive Housekeeper or Housekeeping Supervisor preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage housekeeping operations across two properties
  • Ensure all guestrooms and public areas meet brand and cleanliness standards (including cleaning rooms as needed)
  • Supervise and support staff including Housekeepers, Laundry Attendants, Breakfast Attendants, and Facility Attendants
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to maintain a safe and efficient work environment
  • Create and manage weekly schedules based on occupancy and business demands
  • Assign daily housekeeping boards and verify accuracy of completed rooms
  • Oversee inventory management and ordering of housekeeping supplies
  • Conduct quarterly linen inventory
  • Ensure laundry operations meet health department standards
  • Maintain and update MSDS/SDS safety documentation
  • Inspect rooms and coordinate maintenance repairs/work orders
  • Oversee lost & found procedures and ensure guest items are returned promptly
  • Partner closely with Front Desk to maintain accurate room status
  • Deliver and model exceptional guest service standards
