Manage and oversee all aspects of dual enrollment admissions process while serving as the main point of contact for dual enrollment students and high school counselors as well as recruitment of the surrounding areas for first-time undergraduate students. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • At least two years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to multi-task, work independently, and collaborate as part of a team to achieve common goals.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to exercise sound judgment.
  • Effective written and oral communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to present effectively in both small and large groups settings.
  • Proficiency in software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Attention to details.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's Degree from an accredited institution.
  • Two years of experience in higher education.
  • Experience working with students in a dual enrollment setting.
  • Event planning experience.
  • Experience with a CRM system such as Slate.

Responsibilities

  • The Dual Enrollment Coordinator recruits and enrolls eligible high school students into the program by promoting opportunities to students, families, and school personnel and guiding students through the application, registration, and enrollment process.
  • This position serves as a recruiter and assists with processing admission documents while also coordinating course offerings and scheduling with high schools in collaboration with the Records Office and academic departments.
  • The Coordinator facilitates communication among the Business Office, Financial Aid, Records, Student Services, and academic departments to ensure a seamless student experience.
  • In support of increasing matriculation, the Coordinator develops strategies to encourage dual enrollment students to transition into degree-seeking status after high school completion.
  • Additionally, this role manages an assigned recruitment territory to support undergraduate enrollment goals, including traveling for high school visits, college fairs, and recruitment events; delivering presentations on and off campus; building relationships with prospective students; and assisting with institutional recruitment events.
  • The Coordinator performs other duties as assigned.
