DTNA Parts customer segmentation manager is responsible for developing parts programs for specific end customers, including regional and national fleets, independent repair facilities, and collision shops. This role develops programs, incentives, and direct marketing content for specified customers to generate parts sales growth. Utilize existing tools, and develop new methods to support loyalty, and parts sales improvements to customer segments. Implement metrics and report success to management to ensure desired results are being achieved. Position requires high levels of collaboration and communication with customers, dealers, suppliers, and cross functional teams that support DTNA Parts sales growth. Successful candidate should be able to travel 25% of the time.
