About The Position

Own and grow our Shopify DTC business. This role is fully accountable for revenue, profit, and execution across all DTC marketing channels.
This is a hands-on role, not corporate. You will move fast, test constantly, and own results.

Requirements

• Proven experience owning DTC growth (Shopify)
• Strong hands-on experience with paid ads and funnels
• Comfortable being accountable to numbers and P/L
• Fast learner, highly organized, and execution-focused
• Clear communicator who works well with other teams
• Not corporate. Moves fast. Gets things done.

Responsibilities

• Run all DTC marketing channels: Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, email, SEO, and on-site conversion
• Drive revenue and profit while maintaining efficiency targets
• Own the full funnel from ad to checkout and continuously improve conversion
• Launch, test, scale, or kill campaigns quickly based on performance
• Manage agencies and VAs and hold them accountable
• Build simple reporting focused on sales and profit
• Own the DTC tech stack and improve systems as needed
• Lead ad creative and copy direction with a performance mindset
• Act as the single point of ownership for DTC performance
