Summary of Position: The DTC Fulfillment and Retail Coordinator supports Hog Island Oyster Company’s Direct-to-Consumer business by coordinating retail pick-up window operations and nationwide order fulfillment from the Petaluma facility. This role moves between a customer-facing retail environment and a fast-paced warehouse fulfillment operation, ensuring products are packed, presented, and shipped according to Hog Island’s quality and food safety standards. Success in this role requires strong organization, attention to detail, inventory management, and the ability to work efficiently in a seafood handling and warehouse environment. Schedule: Thursday - Monday Compensation: Estimated Pay Range (Petaluma Market): $23.00 – $24.00 per hour plus tips Actual pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity.
