The Pathways Project Coordinator is responsible for developing and managing initiatives that create a talent pipeline for future Direct Support Professionals. This includes coordinating recruitment efforts with local schools and colleges, organizing work-based learning opportunities, and supporting staff participation in the NADSP E-Badge credentialing program. The role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to build relationships with students and staff to promote professional growth within the organization.
