About The Position

The purpose of this position is to support individuals served with their life to include health and personal care, therapeutic, educational, recreational, and leisure activities for individuals with disabilities to achieve maximum growth and learning, as they make transitions throughout life. Provides guidance, coaching, and mentors Direct Service Professional staff on their assigned shift, solves issues, and needs of both the individual served and staff. The Direct Support Professional- Team Lead for Taylor Made Living will work in conjunction with the Residential Supervisor and the TML Program Coordinator.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License
• One year experience in the healthcare field, preferably working with individuals with disabilities.

Nice To Haves

• Associate or bachelor's degree
• Three years' experience in the healthcare filed, preferably working with individuals with disabilities.
• Completion of DD modules
