We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Overnight Part-Time Direct Support Professional to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support and care to our residents ensuring their safety, well-being, and comfort. What we do is highly rewarding, and it's why our company exists! Requirements

  • High school Diploma or GED required
  • Must be able to work overnight
  • 1 year group home experience/caring for individuals with disabilities
  • Must pass level 2 background screening
  • Caregiving/Healthcare: 1 years (Required)

Nice To Haves

  • Direct Support experience preferred
  • Behavior Focus experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Ability to assist the people we support by promoting the development of functional skills, inclusion and individualization.
  • Mentoring individuals to help build social skills and relationships
  • Ability to assist the individuals we serve with all necessary basic daily living needs.
  • Maintain accurate and timely record keeping and communication within program (e.g. incident reports, verbal reports, shift documentation).
  • Provides transportation for residents to legal and medical appointments, activity outings, etc.
  • Maintain a safe, comfortable and appropriate environment.
  • Ability to participate in community activities with clients
  • Cleaning and sanitizing home
  • Preparing meals
