  • Designing and implementing digital signal processing systems for communication signals, radar signals, and other applications.
  • Developing, deploying, maintaining, and testing software-based solutions.
  • Algorithm design, data analysis, hardware control, computational optimization, RF system modeling, field testing, error budget analysis, operational performance analysis.
  • Writing efficient software and testing with real data.
  • Providing applications to front-line customer facilities.
  • Staying up-to-date with signal processing technologies, tools, and methodologies.
  • Experimenting with new technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into RRC projects.
  • Working across all functional areas: systems engineering, development, integration and test, deployment and O&M.
  • Proposing improvements to applications and frameworks.
  • Working unsupervised with minimal direction and self-starting.
  • Degree (Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD) in Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or other equivalent field
  • Strong background in DSP, including knowledge of DSP theory and practical system development experience
  • Proficient in C++ and/or Python in LINUX environments
  • Ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI security clearance
  • US CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED
  • At least 3 years' experience in a signal processing engineering-related discipline
  • Cellular communications, satellite communications, modern modulation schemes, cyclostationary techniques
  • Geolocation, radar signal processing, RF propagation and link budgets, RF system design
  • DevOps and Cloud computing Experience (Gitlab, CI/CD, CVE mitigations, Docker, Kubernetes, PIP)
  • Current TS/SCI clearance
