About The Position

Job Overview: We are looking for an a DSP applications software engineer to work in a team responsible for development of Qualcomm AI solution. Key Responsibilities: Working with architecture team to define our next generation NSP. Working to enable state of the art network models and new AI SW features to meet customer use-cases Evaluating and optimizing neural networks runtime performance and accuracy. Developing AI SW stack on Qualcomm NSP

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field and 4+ years of Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related work experience.
  • OR Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field and 3+ years of Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related work experience.
  • OR PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related work experience.
  • 2+ years of experience with high-performance microprocessor design.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Embedded systems development
  • Experience in C/C++ and Python
  • Experience in AI/ML frameworks like Pytorch, Tensor flow, ONNX, etc. is a plus
  • Background in mathematical algorithms using fast math libraries and vector instruction sets is a plus
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving, analytical and debugging skills
  • Demonstrated ability to learn, think and adapt in a fast-changing environment
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
