The Route Sales Representative will be responsible for overseeing Eillien’s Candies DSD Sales Route covering Southern Wisconsin. This position visits stores, writes orders, processes credits, works out overstock, ensures product rotation, and communicates product promotions. The Sales Representative will need to work independently with stores to recommend improvements to the assortment, present new ideas for growth opportunities, and execute product sets and resets when needed. As a Sales Representative for Eillien’s, you are the face of Eillien’s to our customers, so building a very solid relationship with your stores is critical to your success in this role. You will be traveling to stores in your designated markets for most of the week and will be in our Green Bay, WI office on Fridays.
