UDR is seeking qualified candidates for a DSC Active AdvantEdge Technical Support SME opportunity for our customer in MacDill AFB, FL to support the HQ USSOCOM location. DSC Active AdvantEdge Technical Support SME Close Date: 04.01.26 Number of Positions: 1 US Citizenship Required DUTIES The contractor will be a full-time member of the J5-DSC to assist the Decision Support Center with the VPW software for events. The contractor shall apply expertise in the VPW Active AdvantEdge software. The contractor shall apply expertise in imagery and data ingestion and software operation and manipulation. The contractor shall: The contractor shall provide Technical Support specialists who will coordinate with other Decision Support Center and Special Operations Forces Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) team members. The contractor shall support and advise Government representatives as required in order to meet established event performance criteria. Specifically, the contractor shall: The contractor shall provide, as required, increased levels of support to respond to high-priority, unpredicted, and/or time-sensitive Decision Support Center requirements such as event setup and execution; and USSOCOM Commander, and Chief of Staff level taskings. The contractor shall respond to increased software requirements by leveraging its engineering staff and coordinating effectively with Original Equipment Manufacturers and support activities. The contractor shall interact with customers both in USSOCOM HQ and outside agencies in dealing with VPW software. The contractor will provide increased levels of support for USSOCOM Commander, and Chief of Staff level tasking to provide requested information, whether preparing briefings, VPW software scenarios or vignettes, or other media for Decision Support Center personnel to support events; respond to questions on event planning and execution; and respond to other requests for information. The contractor shall complete this support within the assigned time frame to meet the technical and quality requirements assigned by the requester. The contractor shall provide support to comply with NIST 800-53 revision 4 accreditation requirements; the contractor shall provide information assurance support to: Staff the Information System Security Engineer and Information System Security Officer requirements for the Virtual Planning Workspace program and serve as the J62 interface for all security-related functions and activities. Maintain necessary documentation to address security requirements with respect to (but not limited to) (a) Configuration Management Plan; (b) System Maintenance Policy and Procedures; (c) Plans of Action and Milestones; (d) Continuous Monitoring Plan; (e) System Configuration Document; (f) Developer Configuration Management Plan; (g) Security Assessment Plan (XACTA), and (h) Security Impact Analysis documents. Provide continuous security assessment monitoring and reporting at a frequency of not less than once per quarter throughout the duration of this contract.
