Requirements

  • Security Clearance: TS/SCI
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2+ years of experience; or an equivalent of related training and experience.
  • Understanding of DoD contracts processes and the FAR
  • Computer skills to include web-based search, MS office, database use
  • Ability to learn new programs/applications in support of information management
  • Understanding of electronic workflows using public and private portals

  • Familiarity with knowledge management techniques and approaches

Responsibilities

  • Manage solicitation lifecycle: Oversee the entire solicitation process from initial download to final distribution, ensuring timely, accurate documentation, stakeholder communication, and compliance with internal deadlines. This includes managing and monitoring Engineering Change Proposal’s (ECPs), Gov’t contracts Officer needs/expectations, and coordination between the commercial and Government contracting processes and personnel.
  • Maintain contracting lifecycle and event dashboards: Develop and update dashboards to provide real-time solicitation status, search and filtering capabilities, visibility into deadlines, and information on upcoming industry and government events with participation requirements.
  • Perform administrative and operational duties: Handle frequent administrative tasks for SSC Phase III IDIQ/Project vehicles including artifact searching, responding to general inquiries, tracking ECPs, cleaning data, and liaising with opportunity owners.
