About The Position

The Patch Boys of Boise is seeking experienced Drywall Repair Technicians to join our growing team. As a well-established drywall repair company, we specialize in high-quality drywall patching, installation, and finishing work. We are looking for reliable, skilled professionals who take pride in their craftsmanship and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment. In this role, you will perform drywall repair, patching, finishing, and texture matching, while also supporting trim work and basic remodeling projects when needed.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of proven experience in hanging, installing, patching, repairing, and finishing drywall, including texture matching and painting
Legally authorized to work in the United States with valid ID
Own hand tools, power tools, and drywall repair/installation equipment
Reliable truck or van capable of transporting materials and tools with a clean driving record
Comfortable completing pre-employment background check and drug screening

Nice To Haves

Experience with trim work and remodeling
Fluent in English
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to consistently show up on time and maintain high-quality workmanship
Ability to complete an I-9 form on the first day of employment
Ability to provide three personal work references

Responsibilities

Hang, install, patch, repair, and finish drywall in residential and light remodeling environments
Perform texture matching and painting for seamless drywall repairs
Complete drywall patching projects efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
Support trim work and basic remodeling tasks when required
Maintain tools, equipment, and materials needed for drywall repair work
Communicate professionally with homeowners and provide excellent customer service
Transport tools and materials to job sites using a personal truck or van
Follow company procedures and safety standards on all projects
