About The Position

We’re looking for someone who can make damage disappear . At AdvantaClean of Badgerland, we handle water damage and mold remediation—then we put homes back together. That means tidy demolition, clean drywall work, tight seams, and finishes that homeowners can’t tell were ever repaired. If you take pride in your work and care about the final product, you’ll fit in well here.

Requirements

• Must-Have:
• Proven drywall finishing experience
• Ability to match textures cleanly
• Painting experience
• Strong attention to detail (your work will be visible to homeowners)
• Reliable, shows up on time, and works hard
• Valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

• Nice to Have (Not Required):
• Restoration or water damage experience
• Spray equipment experience

Responsibilities

• Light demolition (removing damaged drywall, insulation, etc.)
• Assisting with water damage drying setups
• Basic cleaning and antimicrobial treatments
• Job site prep and protection
• Secondary Work
• Drywall hanging, taping, mudding, sanding, and finishing
• Matching existing textures (knockdown, orange peel, etc.)
• Repairing water-damaged drywall and ceilings
• Preparing surfaces for paint (patching, caulking, priming)
• Interior painting and final touch-ups
