About The Position

The
Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process and ensuring that production targets are met. You will be expected to lead a team of production workers, manage production schedules, and ensure that quality standards are maintained. Your role will be critical in ensuring that our manufacturing operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
• Experience with production planning and scheduling software (ERP such as Titan)
• Experience in a unionized manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of production workers to ensure that production targets are met
• Develop and implement production schedules to optimize manufacturing operations
• Ensure that quality standards are maintained throughout the manufacturing process
• Identify and troubleshoot production issues to minimize downtime
