Drug Testing Technician- MALE ONLY
About The Position
Recovery Monitoring Solutions is a leading provider of treatment and offender monitoring services, with corporate offices in Dallas, TX. POSITION SUMMARY A Drug Testing Technician is responsible for administering drug tests and the provision of test results and technical assistance to company staff and governmental agencies. Works under direct or general supervisions. Due to the observed nature of the urinalysis drug testing, the company must be gender specific in it's hiring. Female technicians may only work with female clients, male technicians with male clients.
Requirements
- 1 year of proven Customer Service experience
- Clean background and able to pass a drug screening
- Strong verbal and communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel to nearby offices as needed (depending on the county)
- Valid driver's license
- Plan, organize and assign the work of others
- Apply policies, procedures, and best practices
- Perform computer data entry
- Work within a team structure
- Define problems, collect and analyze data, and determine valid solutions
- Recognize and meet needs of customer/end user
- Maintain focus and perform required duties while interacting with disagreeable customers/end users
- Bend, stoop, lift objects up to 10lbs., and maintain mobility necessary to perform minimum functions associated with the position
Responsibilities
- Administers Urinal Analyses samples per protocol and chain of custody procedures. (We will train and certify.)
- Manages daily communication, billing and maintenance items.
- Cover other offices as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
