About The Position
Are you detail-oriented and comfortable working with cash in a secure, fast-paced environment? Tioga Downs is looking for a dependable and trustworthy Count Room Associate to join our team. This unique role is perfect for someone who values accuracy, accountability, and teamwork while handling large volumes of currency. In this position, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of gaming operations by ensuring all count room processes are handled with precision and in compliance with regulations.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict procedures
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Responsibilities
- Maintain a thorough working knowledge of Gaming Commission rules, regulations, and company policies
- Ensure the integrity of all Soft Count transactions
- Participate in drop box collection and money counting procedures
- Complete all required accounting and documentation for Poker, Slot, and Table Games (cash, vouchers, and coupons)
