About The Position

Join Honey Bucket, a division of Northwest Cascade, and be part of an employee-owned company excelling in portable restrooms, hand-washing stations, fencing, and storage containers. Home of over 750 employees in seven states, we offer driven individuals opportunities to earn more than just a paycheck! Our drivers ensure the quality standards by promptly arriving at the yard to pick up trucks and supplies, servicing and cleaning portable restrooms (approximately 50% driving, 50% servicing), and communicating with dispatchers and customers. Drivers should expect 10+ hour days, with overtime and weekends during busy seasons, and the role is physically demanding, involving lifting, reaching, and bending.

Requirements

• Must be comfortable working from the following locations: Santa Rosa (primary) AND Benicia/Hayward (Secondary)
• 1+ years in a physically demanding role
• Clean driving record & pass DOT
• Safety sensitive position - Subject to pre-employment and random drug screening, including THC
• Lift 50-150 pounds repeatedly

Responsibilities

• Promptly arriving at yard to pickup truck and supplies
• Service and clean portable restrooms
• Communicate with dispatchers and customers
