The company is seeking a Driver, also referred to as a Guest Service Specialist (GSS), to join its team and contribute to delivering care, connection, and exceptional customer support.

Able to stand, squat, kneel, sit, walk up and down stairs, and remain mobile for long hours
Able to lift 50 lbs. to the waist, 25 lbs. to the chest, and 15 lbs. above the head
A valid driver’s license; upon offer, candidates are required to complete a driving history review.

Responsibilities

Drive vehicles on site and handle them with extreme care.
Provide excellent customer service by being friendly and outgoing.
Work with an amazing team to ensure customer vehicles are clean, inside and out.
Help maintain the location’s appearance and cleanliness.
Follow all Mister Car Wash safety procedures and policies, including appearance expectations.
