Marous Brothers Construction (MBC) is seeking a self-motivated Driver for our Shop Facility! Based out of our shop and supporting active project sites, this hands‑on, onsite position offers the opportunity to be a critical part of our operations by delivering materials, maintaining equipment, and supporting daily field needs. Your Journey Starts Here: As a Driver, you'll be responsible for the safe delivery and distribution of materials, products, and equipment to project job sites. This role requires the ability to self‑load trucks and trailers, secure loads properly, and maintain both vehicles and equipment. You'll support daily shop operations, assist with site logistics, and help maintain an organized, efficient work environment. You'll also play a key role in equipment upkeep - checking fuel levels, oil, tires, and servicing gas‑powered equipment - while assisting with shop organization, meeting setup/tear‑down, snow removal, and other operational needs. This position is ideal for someone who is adaptable, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced construction environment.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Valid CDL Class A license
  • Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience
  • Knowledge of heavy construction equipment and basic maintenance
  • Ability to safely load, unload, tarp, and secure materials and equipment
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Self‑motivated, adaptable, and team‑oriented mindset
