About The Position

An on-demand autonomous ride-hailing company is seeking a Driver Tester to help support and test self-driving vehicles in real-world conditions. This role focuses on safety, vehicle readiness, and testing while representing the company professionally.

Requirements

• Strong communication (written and verbal)
• Clean driving record and background
• Comfortable driving for long periods (6+ hours/day)
• Basic tech skills and troubleshooting ability
• Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Military experience

Responsibilities

• Drive 4–8 hours daily with a strong focus on safety
• Support vehicle operations and mission tasks
• Perform basic software and hardware testing
• Assist with vehicle maintenance and daily inspections
• Keep vehicles clean, organized, and ready
• Track data, complete documentation, and report feedback
• Work with engineering, operations, and other teams
• Help move and manage vehicles and equipment
