About The Position

Responsibilities: Manage communications with Waste Connections Supervise the day-to-day operations of EcoWaste Drivers, Loaders and Tarpers for efficiency Analyze available equipment, drivers and loads Ensure proper hand off and execution of assigned plans Estimate loads and trip times Establish truck schedules as necessary Ensure equipment is properly maintained to include front loaders and excavators Evaluate the operation to promote cost-efficient service and make recommendations for improvements Monitor current equipment location and status Troubleshoot problems to obtain final resolution as needed Resolve employee issues or concerns as appropriate Qualifications/Skills: Reside within 60 miles of Miami, FL Must be bilingual and fluent in both English and Spanish (non-negotiable) Management experience Ability to inspire and lead others to attain company goals IT competent, previous experience with Microsoft Office suite Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities Strong verbal/written communications Highly motivated and flexible Organizational skills for planning, decision-making and executing with excellence Skilled in developing standards and process improvement Ability to learn and build upon industry specific information for future professional growth Benefits We Offer: We value our employees and are proud to offer a comprehensive benefits package, including: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance – two medical plan options to fit your needs Company-Paid Life Insurance $25,000 – additional voluntary life and AD&D coverage available Disability Coverage 401(k) Retirement Plan Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays Employment is contingent upon passing a background check and drug screen. Requirements

  • Reside within 60 miles of Miami, FL
