About The Position

MVM Moving & Storage is hiring a Driver Safety Manager to lead DOT compliance, fleet safety, and driver accountability across our growing multi-state operation (Ohio, Indiana, Florida).
This role owns everything related to driver safety, compliance, accident reduction, and insurance risk.

Requirements

• Experience in fleet safety, DOT compliance, or transportation operations
• Strong understanding of FMCSA regulations
• Comfortable holding drivers accountable
• Organized, detail-oriented, and confident working with insurance and audits

Responsibilities

• Manage FMCSA & DOT compliance
• Maintain driver files, MVRs, medical cards, and drug & alcohol testing
• Monitor ELD, telematics, and dash cam data
• Investigate accidents and manage claims
• Coach, train, and discipline drivers as needed
• Improve CSA scores and reduce insurance losses
